March Madness... 'Trust in Fashion'

Monday brought a day in London with my daughter Miranda and a break from her GCSE studies to attend 'Trust in Fashion', a Fashion Show in aid of the Rainbow Trust Children's Charity. A former client has been involved with the charity for many years and kindly invited us to join her for the day. Miranda has posted hundreds of photos from the day on her own blog (Invisible Fashionista by the way) so for more details on the actual clothes you will find lots to see there. The day combined champagne and shopping with a fashion show and amazing tea. What more could a girl ask for?

I also dressed up. Stop Press!

Instead of taking 100's of clothing photos, I took photos of the flowers on the table... You can see our priorities are slightly different.

These divine table arrangements were done by Matthew Spriggs in Petworth, West Sussex, the tall glass vase contains orchid blossoms.

Spriggs has an online shop for those who cannot get to Petworth easily but it is well worth the journey!

In haste, I will leave you with a few photos from the day...

Julien Macdonald was the starring act and his clothes are amazing to see. Whether they would suit me I will never know as at the moment I am back in my gardening clothes!
